Following a special idea and his instinct, the industrial designer, sculptor and free spirit Volker Hundertmark has designed the NEST armchair. NEST is based on an ingeniously simple construction: the seat shell made of folded moulded fleece is fixed to the respective base frame at just six points and covered with a non-slip, diamond-quilted upholstery inlay. The covered felt echoes the material of the upholstery. The chair's extraordinary feeling of comfort unfolds as you shift your own body weight: the moulded fleece moves with you and adapts to your body. Deliberately natural and at the same time constructed stability come into play here. NEST is a light, timeless and amazingly comfortable armchair. Moving seating, charming design.
The seating comfort and design approach of the NEST LOUNGE armchair is echoed in its sister model NEST PURE LOUNGE. The non-upholstered shell convinces with the exposed molded fleece, which creates a refined, technical look.
