Following a special idea and his instinct, the industrial designer, sculptor and free spirit Volker Hundertmark has designed the NEST PURE armchair. It follows the constructive principle of the NEST, but interprets it with a clearer and more reduced design approach. The seat shell made of folded moulded fleece is connected to the base frame at just six points and covered with a non-slip, diamond-quilted upholstery inlay. The felt remains deliberately visible and forms an exciting contrast to the soft upholstery. Functional. Reduced. Precise. The shift in body weight creates a special comfort experience. The moulded fleece moves with you, adapts to your body and conveys a feeling of lightness, stability and flexibility. NEST PURE stands for focussed design: clear in form, uncompromising in comfort.
The seating comfort and design approach of the NEST PURE LOUNGE armchair is echoed in its sister model NEST LOUNGE. The reupholstered shell offers a wide variety of design options thanks to the additional choice of materials.
