The German Design Award 2020 winning GAIA CALICE armchair by Italian designer Monica Armani is an oasis of calm.the Italian feminine design is in harmony with German craftsmanship. Due to the cocoon effect of the disproportionately high backrest, the hectic pace can be laid aside like a coat. A piece of furniture made for the hotel lobbies of the world or wherever people want to decelerate and relax. Family connects
The GAIA family comes from the pen of Italian designer Monica Armani. The separately upholstered flexible backrest elements and the sophisticated upholstery of the generous seat create the unmistakable look and impressive comfort of the GAIA family. In 2018, the first GAIA design was honoured with the German Design Award, followed by the award for the GAIA CALICE armchair in 2020. In 2024, the GAIA portfolio was expanded with the GAIA DIVANO sofa armchair. The Italian designer also designed the GAIA table compositions for KFF partner company ASCO. The table columns echo the upholstery fabric of the GAIA chairs, creating a harmonious and unique ensemble. GAIA - exquisite furniture in three seat heights for the home or the expressive object.
