Developed by the Rock Capital Group, the heads office is a symbol of sustainable project development. Instead of opting for a new build, the existing structure was deliberately preserved, a decision that not only conserves resources but also sends a strong signal about the responsible use of existing buildings. Complemented by state-of-the-art technologies in operation and a clear focus on ESG guidelines, this shows that sustainability is more than just a buzzword: here, it is the cornerstone of the design process.

The interior design is by the internationally renowned Studio Ippolito Fleitz, which knows how to give buildings a distinctive identity. The furnishings, curated by Svenja Hansen from Bargtied interior design, play a special role in creating this effect. With the ALVARO and GIRO models from KFF, chairs were selected that combine expressive design and seating comfort. GIRO impresses with its minimalist design and elegant backrest, which provides subtle support, ideal for spontaneous meetings or a short break by the water feature in the atrium. ALVARO, on the other hand, has an almost sculptural effect thanks to its organic backrest. With its soft upholstery and characteristic stitching, it blends perfectly into the open architecture and makes lingering a natural part of the experience.
